For as long as I can remember over here in western newyork it has been a easter tradition to visit a place called the Broadway market. Located on the east side of Buffalo , when it first opened many years ago , the nieghborhood was pretty much all polishamerican so naturally in the easter season the vendors would make a killing in foods like polish sausage ( hand made ) and such. Well with the on going urban decay and the older polishamericans either dieing out or moving the place has fallen on some hard times . I mean who wants to go to a place were crackheads either would rob ya for a 20 or they just beg to there hearts content. Well since it is easter time coming up , the local politicans have come out of there caves and promised ( as they do each year) that the nieghborhood is going to be cleaned up and the market will get new vendors and on and on and on.
Will they make good on there promises this year ? If there track records of broken promises stays true to form then I would not hold your collective breath on it.
